Ken Neely has been turning Texas families' dreams into reality for
nearly 20 years. Riverbend Homes has

Riverbend Homes has
built homes in several areas of the Hill Country including: West Austin,
Lake Travis, Lakeway, Bee Caves and Johnson City. We have built homes in
sizes from small cabins to homes well over $750,000. We can build one
that is just right for you. Our typical customer is not a first
time home buyer . .they are more likely to be moving up-scale or into a
retirement dream home.
We can now help you with the design of the home taking
full advantage of the view, breezes and the position of the sun for
enjoyment of the sunrises and sunsets and greater energy efficiency to
reduce your heating and cooling bills. Here is how we are
different... Many builders, in an attempt to be "custom", will try to
fit you into a pre-priced group of plans that usually fit only a few of
the criteria that you expected when you selected the property for your
dream home. They will then up-charge you for everything from driveways
to landscaping. This is not our approach. You can take advantage of
our creativity. A well planned kitchen is designed
with the cook in mind but meets the needs of all members of the
family. The homeowner may also want to
incorporate the use of wood or stone found on their property. The cedar
used for the fireplace mantle in the above photo was from a tree on
the property.
Maybe you would
like to be hands-on with part of your home's construction. Possibly you would
like to do some special speaker wiring yourself
or you would like to have
a friend's business install carpet for you at a great price; we
welcome customization like this. With flexible use
of allowance dollars at your disposal you can customize your home in
many ways. For example, you may find that special mirror for the powder
bathroom or a dining room light fixture at the antique shop, or maybe
even a great deal on a spa through the internet. We are happy to
work with you on your special interests like these.

can ask them questions about us. Please ask us and we will provide the
list at our first meeting on your property.

references, we are proud that most of the homes that we built are
in communities in which our own family has lived!
Porches, decks and

enjoyment of the outdoors. We can help with the design of these porches,
decks and balconies so that they are virtually maintenance
free! Pricing and
Timing...
After we meet with your family on your property
and hear about your ideas, we will be better able
to answer the question of when your home will be completed and
how much it will cost. Be assured, we are very competitive on pricing and take
